DAY 88 - Workplace
TITLE: Robot Homicide
ASSIGNMENT: Make something using only stuff from your workplace or office. If you don't work, use items that are usually found in an office.
MATERIALS: Erasers, pencils, push pins.
INSPIRATION: The robot was the easy part, until it began to fall apart as I pushed the pencils into the erasers numerous times, then, piece began to fall off. Hmmm, what do I do now? Why turn it into a crime scene of course!

DAY 87 - Candle
TITLE: Monk Beheading the Blood Beast
ASSIGNMENT: What can you do with a candle? Try using the drips from a lit candle to make an image, or use an unlit one to draw on a porous surface, then make the image appear with watercolor or ink. Or, as always, feel free to experiment.
MATERIALS: White candle lit, paper, black pen, red sharpie.
INSPIRATION: I wanted to make the beast come off the page with the wax, so lots of candle build up. Then coloring its face red and the final touch, the sideways lighting making he dried wax droplets seem like tiny rocks.
